Being an esteemed Indian academic, food critic, and historian, Prof. Pant has served as a Professor of International Relations at Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. He is a renowned expert in both international affairs and Indian cuisine. A prolific columnist for leading publications such as Forbes, Open, Outlook, Times of India, and The Tribune, Prof. Pant is also celebrated for his contributions to the Indian culinary landscape. Featured in the television series ‘Raja, Rasoi Aur Anya Kahaniyaan,’ he offers insights into royal Indian kitchens.
