A dedicated archaeologist specializing in field archaeology and ancient ceramics, Ms. Ahluwalia is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Archaeology at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, in landscape archaeology of Ghaggar Basin, Rajasthan. Focused on the Proto-historic period, her extensive fieldwork includes prominent sites like Binjor, Sinauli, Barnawa, and Rakhigarhi. Beyond excavations, she regularly contributes columns to The Print and manages ‘Confessions of an Archaeologist,’ a social media handle aimed at making archaeology accessible to the public.
