Aparajith Ramnath

Aparajith Ramnath is a historian of science, technology, and business, and an Associate Professor at the School of Arts and Sciences, Ahmedabad University. He is the author of Engineering a Nation: The Life and Career of M. Visvesvaraya (1861–1962), which received the Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay NIF Book Prize 2025, and The Birth of an Indian Profession. He has been an International Scholar with the Society for the History of Technology, a Sangam House Writing Fellow, and a recipient of the Indian National Science Academy’s Young Historian of Science Award.
