Sanjaya Baru

Sanjaya Baru is a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Takshashila Institution and the United Services Institution of India. Formerly a senior editor at The Financial Express and Business Standard, he has also served as Media Advisor to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, a member of India’s National Security Advisory Board and as Director for Geo-economics and Strategy at the International Institute of Strategic Studies. He has taught at leading institutions and written extensively on India’s political economy, power structures, and leadership.
