Mukund Padmanabhan

Mukund Padmanabhan is a Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at Krea University. He spent most of his professional life in journalism, concluding his career as Editor of The Hindu, and earlier serving as Editor of The Hindu BusinessLine. He has also worked with The Indian Express and Sunday magazine. Before journalism, he taught philosophy at Hindu College, Delhi University, and later taught law and advanced writing at Ateneo de Manila University. His recent book, The Great Flap of 1942, is a narrative history of India and World War II.
